Please note that applications for the New Grade of Enhanced Psychiatric Nurse must be made on HSE HR form Appendix 2.
• Application of this new arrangement is effective from 01st March 2019.
• Assimilation to the Enhanced Nurse Psychiatric Nurse Practice scale occurs on each individuals incremental date.
