This Circular sets out:

• the 2% increase in annualised salaries from the 1st October 2020 as per Public Service Agreement 2018-2020
• the restoration of the 5% cut in fixed allowances as per the FEMPI Act 2009. This 5% is also applicable from the 1st October 2020

The HSE have confirmed that these pay adjustments will be applied to salaries by the 13th November with arrears paid no later than the 30th of November.
