Those Student Nurses / Midwives in existing HCA roles in the public health system, in agreement with their college, can avail of the clinical hours attainment as part of the agreement. Anyone taking up an agency role from today cannot be considered for clinical hours attainment as their allocation cannot be facilitated with the approved arrangements.
