The Labour Court has issued a Recommendation in relation to consultation with Unions.
The Recommendation states "that both parties recognise that the requirement to consult is contained in the agreement to facilitate change and not to delay or frustrate it. Equally the consultation must be meaningful and genuine and not simply and empty procedural techinicality to compy with the provisions of the Agreement"
