Following strong representation and consultation with the Department of Health & Children the PNA are pleased to provide the following:
HEALTH ACT 2007 (CARE AND WELFARE OF RESIDENTS IN DESIGNATED CENTRES FOR OLDER PEOPLE) REGULATIONS 2009 S.I. No. 36 of 2010.
This Amendment allows for the term Registered Nurse to be applied under Article 16 (2)
