As you are aware Building Momentum 2021-2022 provided for a sectoral bargaining fund payable from 1st February 2022. For Nursing and Midwifery this fund was utilised for the 3.28% pay differential for promotional grades, as recommended by the Expert Review on nursing.
Please find attached the circular from the Department of Health and the HSE giving instruction for payroll departments to implement the 3.28 % to the promotional grades retrospective to 1st February 2022. Please also find attached the adjusted salary scales.
